1. Eligibility:
- The Santa's Sack Competition (the "Competition") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Participants must adhere to the entry instructions outlined below.
2. Entry Instructions:
- To enter the competition, participants must:
- Donate a minimum of £10 to the designated JustGiving page provided by ThruDark.
- Include their Instagram handle in the donation message to facilitate matching with their chosen charity.
- Specify and nominate a charity of their choice in the donation message.
3. Prize Details:
- The prize pool for the competition is valued at £5,500 and includes contributions from partner brands collaborating with ThruDark. Partner brands include: Garmin, Petzl, Nomad, Dometic and Scarpa.
- The prize for Santa’s Sack includes the following:
- ThruDark gift voucher (Value: £2000)
- Garmin tactix® 7 - AMOLED Edition (Value: £1200)
- Dometic CFX3 25 compressor (Value: £700)
- Nomad 2-man odyssey tent and a winter skills course for 2 people (Value: £500)
- Scarpa Ribelle HD and Mescalito (Combined value: £500)
- Petzl Swift and Bindi Headtorches (Combined value: £100)
4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.
- Only one winner will be chosen.
5. Charity Donation:
- All funds collected through the competition will be donated to the charity specified by the selected winner.
6. Winner Announcement:
- The winner will be announced on ThruDark's official social media channels and website.
7. Privacy and Data Usage:
- Participants' personal information, including Instagram handles, will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and verifying donations unless participants opt in to marketing.
8. Entry Deadline:
- The competition ends at midnight on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2023.
9. Limitations and Restrictions:
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Employees and immediate family members of ThruDark and partner brands are not eligible to participate.
10. Changes to the Competition:
- ThruDark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, for any reason.
- Prizes are subject to change based on availability.
11. General Conditions:
- By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- ThruDark reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in any fraudulent activity.
